Oil/Water Separators
The Problem:
The condensate produced as a by-product of compressed air generation is a toxic and hazardous substance that provides a danger to the environment. As well as environmental concerns, stricter regulation governing the control of this substance combine to provide a real challenge to all users of compressed air, in order to avoid fines and to prevent the release of dangerous material into the environment.
The Solution:
Our olleophilic range of condensate management systems provides a new solution
to
a
growing problem. By employing new filtration procedures the series provides
maximum
security along with ease of use and simple low cost maintenance.
What makes ours better:
Conventional condensate separators rely on the physical separation/gravitation of the oil from the water so that the oil can be drained separately and the remaining water cleaned through an activated carbon media. This process is adversely affected in cases where vibration or shocks are present and by any turbulence created by an increase in compressed air flow. Furthermore the oil needs to be drained from the system into a container before disposal. Finally over time the water that sits in the primary stage tank becomes stagnant and therefore may present health risks.

Airpower C16 hose reel
Our hose reels contain high quality polyurethane hose with outstanding
resistance to oils, solvents, and other non-aqueous solutions.
Among special features of the Airpower C16 is a stop function
that can be disengaged, allowing continuous feeding action. The
spring force can be adjusted for operator comfort and to compensate
for different weight and balance requirements.
A sturdy exterior housing protects the hose and reel mechanism
from dirt and other debris that could alter or damage their function.
The reels can be ceiling or wall mounted with no adjustment required
and offer full 300 degree movement.

Low Pressure Alarm
Alarm sounds at pressures between 1 & 5 bar. Often used as
a warning system for breathing air systems.
Maximum inlet pressure 10.35 bar. For systems operating above this
pressure an extra regulator will be required. |
